Harold E. Campbell graduated from the University of Arizona Law School in 1978. He has been practicing law for over 46 years. He is a certified bankruptcy specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Eighty-five percent of Attorney Campbell's expertise has been in bankruptcy matters, but he also practiced general business, tax problem resolution, wills, and incorporation law. He has represented both individuals and businesses in liquidation and reorganizations. He has also represented creditors in bankruptcy matters.
Attorney Campbell not only represented individual consumer debtors, but also individuals and businesses in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Additionally, he has represented clients against the IRS and State of Arizona in tax collection matters and offers in compromise (programs that allow you to pay off back taxes with a small lump sum payment or payments of a reduced amount over two years).
Mr. Campbell firmly believes in the motto on his business card: "Personal Service in an Impersonal World". Although he is now semi-retired, he will continue to take selected referrals for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, as well as tax offers in compromise and simple wills.

Mr. Campbell has been married to Jeanette Campbell (who is also the firm's office manager and bookkeeper) since 1978 and has 3 children. Lindsay graduated from the University of Oregon and obtained her Masters in Speech Therapy from Arizona State University. She is married and works as a speech therapist in Jefferson, Oregon, and has two grandsons, Tyler Ian and Matthew Red. Jessica graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2014 and is also married. After managing and modernizing the customer service departments for Keen Footware and Grunden Sportsware, she is now managing Mr. Campbell’s granddaughter, Lillian Betty Lou, who was born in October of 2023, in Ranier, Oregon. Harry graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2015 and works at Amazon in Phoenix. Mr. Campbell is an accomplished skier, a not so accomplished golfer, and a devoted fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals.
